No, all the equipment that is needed is provided. If you have equipment already, thats great too!




What is the cost of personal training?

Each session is typically 1 hour




I've never done in-home personal training before, how does this work?


Your first step is to call at 815-953-1775 or email at fitness@uniquepersonalfitness.com. We will start with a Transformation Session to go over your goals prior to starting a workout routine.




How many times a week should I train?


Everybody's fitness levels are different and it depends on the individual. Most clients however train 2 to 3 times a week.




Will nutrition be discussed?


Absolutley! Nutrition is one of the most important factors in reaching your goals. For any one to reach their fitness goals, they have to have a great nutrition plan along with their training routine.
